The Greendale School District is accepting applications for an Auditorium Manager. This is a full-time, year-round position. Work requires variable hours, including many nights and weekends during performances by district, community, and out-of-district groups.
This position is responsible for the oversight and technical leadership of all community events in the High School Auditorium, including district events, rentals, and performing arts events. This position works in close coordination with Theater Director, Music Department Faculty, and District staff to allocate scheduling, equipment and resources appropriately.
This position is responsible for the box office, serves as the house manager at all events, and provides comprehensive technical direction, lighting and sound design with execution of the same for all events and productions.
Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students, parents, staff and the general public. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as Theater Technology or Theater
Management and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Theater Production/Management is preferred.
